What is the booking process like?


After we receive your e-mail inquiry, we’ll send back 3 package options for your wedding covering everything sound related to the bare minimum (reception).  Then we schedule a phone call to discuss the finer details on what you do/don't want and finalize the details.  We then follow up with a contract to verify that everything is laid out and covered correctly.  When approved we’ll both sign the contract and you'll pay a 25% deposit.  We’ll touch base a few weeks before the big day. Then we’ll arrive at your wedding and get you and your guests on the dance floor for an incredible night!


How much does a Melbourne wedding band cost?


It can be anywhere between $2000 to $6000.  The total cost of The Classics for a wedding is dependent on factors like band size, sound/lighting engineer, travel distance, etc.  We offer our "Classic" deal for a five piece ensemble for reception along with professional sound/lighting & cocktail hour trio with an add on option for a horn or another vocalist at reception ($3000).


We have top professionals for everything that we do.  We take pride and consider it an honor and responsibility to be entrusted with the music for such a special day.  We don’t want to give you anything less than the best.  That’s why we have experienced lighting/sound engineers and studio/touring musicians that have inspiration and feeling in their playing.
